I purchased a car out of state and had to transport it across the country. Ship a Car Direct made it a very smooth process and answered every question I had. The only nit I could pick is that getting a carrier took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was due to the terrible weather in part of the country and transportation was basically shut down. Other than that I have 0 complaints.
