We're very sorry to hear you were not happy with the experience you had with us. We tried reaching out a couple of times by phone to discuss this. We completely agree that communication is very important and we will address this with the carrier. We are glad to hear that you received your car safe and sound only one day after the estimated delivery date despite the truck breaking down.
