The service was great. My only complaint is the pick and delivery time. It was picked up a day late without reaching out to me for notice. As for the delivery, I was notified one day but delayed happened (no follow up communication). My son had to call the driver. He was given a tentative time but ended up being later than stated. It would be nice if the information given is correct.
