I was concerned about the car shipping process after hearing horror stories from friends and reading negative reviews online from other companies. Ship-A-Car Direct made the process easy with communication and preparation tools. Matt was accessible over phone/email. Their carrier was dependable and got my car to its destination across the country in a timely manner and in excellent condition Keep in mind Ship-A-Car does not offer a way to track your car on its journey, so consider putting a tracker device in the car if this is important. Additionally, the carriers gave less than 12 hours notice for both pickup and delivery, which can be a bit difficult when coordinating while moving.
