5/5 stars for responsiveness of both Ship a Car Direct team members and the actual carrier who shipped our car from San Francisco to Seattle. Quote was competitive, and ultimately the car arrived exactly like (and when) we wanted it to.
Only issue was how chaotic things seemed when our desired window started and almost ended without a carrier. It would be nice if Ship a Car Direct listed % 'on-time' estimates for each day of a 3-day pickup window, since we got very nervous when our first day came and went with no carriers - but they weren't nervous about this at all.
