I had a very good experience with Ship a Car Direct. Lauren, my representative, was very communicative and explained the process thoroughly. She reached out regularly to check in but wasn't pushy. The cost of the shipment (CT to CA) was explained and held firm. The actual car pick up was smooth and gave me confidence in the carrier. The car arrived on time with no damage. Overall, having never shipped a car cross-country, I am very pleased with the service and would recommend/use again!
