The process of shipping my vehicle from Florida to Illinois went quite well. The broker Jennifer was excellent, professional, responsive and kept in contact throughout, from my initial call to pick up day. I will definitely use them again. The carrier was friendly, professional and was in contact with me via phone and text from pickup to delivery.
