My boyfriend and I were mislead by another company or two…and failed to deliver anything they assured us regarding our vehicle transport. Now, we just love Matt, he broke everything down for us about the nature of the business, what the processes are and what we he could do for us. Not only did he say what he would do but did so with such great care and high standards. We were not treated as a number but as valued individuals and he made it a priority to help us and make sure our experience went as smooth and as stress free as possible so that everything lined up for our move out of state. Matt and Ship A Car Direct are a blessing and the best there is out there. If we ever have to transport a vehicle, we will not use any one else but this company.
