Good experience in general good communication by Ship a Car Direct. They try to contact the carrier as needed, but obviously the quality of the experience depends on the carrier itself. In my case they sub-contracted to deliver to my house and it worked fine. I had to fight a bit to get an accurate ETA, but it was Ok at the end.
You have to have faith in the process...
