This is the second time I've shipped vehicles across the country, however it is the first time I've used Ship A Car Direct. I would most definitely use them again, or suggest them to friends and family. The process was seamless. The quote was accurate, and never changed. I was happy that I was never solicited by anyone else, nor was I inundated with multiple unnecessary emails. I spoke to Matt, who answered my questions and was very helpful in describing what I could expect, and it all went as described. In fact, my vehicles were delivered two days earlier than the estimated delivery time. On both ends of the journey, the driver was courteous, thorough, and careful with my vehicles. I am a happy customer!
