I had two cars shipped from southwestern Connecticut to Reno, NV. The experience is a combination of service provided by a broker, like Ship a Car Direct and the transporter that signs on to the offer posted by the broker on a network showing available loads. My experience as great with both. The online quote I got from Ship a Car Direct was really an estimated price that they believed a transporter would agree to plus Ship a Car Direct's $300 per vehicle fee. My contact with Ship a Car Direct was Jennifer. She was very accessible via telephone and in responding to emails. A transporter signed on to the Ship a Car Direct offer in short order. The cars were picked up on schedule and delivered a few days ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate in using Ship a Car Direct again. Jennifer, as Ship a Car Direct
