They stayed in contact every step of the way. Awesome turn around time on pick and delivery. Excellent customer service and best of all--Great Rates. The contractor (Paul) that actually did the transport was amazing also and very prompt. Glad I chose Ship Direct for my auto shipping needs. Will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.
