I found our Ship A Car Direct representative (her name was Lottie) to be very clear in communicating the process of transporting my newly purchased sports car from Michigan to Arizona. I was given a lower quote than my previous carrier used when we moved to Arizona. The 24 hr support team was a plus and gave an additional peace of mind. Although we did not use the photo application, it was another benefit to use. Our car was picked up on time and even delivered a day early in perfect shape! I would easily recommend Ship A Car Direct to my friends.
