This is the first time I have used a car transport service. I was extremely pleased with Mike's responsiveness and thorough explanations. The website videos and follow-up emails were also helpful. The carrier was running later than he estimated to pick up our car and to deliver it, but he was good about providing updates and was pleasant to work with. Overall- a very positive experience.
