from start to finish it was a great experience with ship a car .John was the only agent i talked to that let me know I had to go enclosed ,and when one company cancelled he got me a new shipper right away and even took a discount on his fee to keep me in the price range the shipper who he got me was unbelieveable he took so good care of my car from start to finish i could not have been happier
