My experience with Ship a Car Direct was great for the most part. Their communication was awesome and they reached out afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. My car got from Rochester, NY to Denver, CO in 4 days and the driver was willing to work with us for delivery. The only issue I had was the cost, as I was given an initial estimate when I made the reservation, but told I needed to pay $150 more for the first interested carrier. Since we were so close to my shipping date, I was not comfortable waiting for another carrier so I agreed. Aside from the price increase though, the experience was great.
