Mike was very transparent and responsive during our initial contacts. The good and clear communication continued through the entire process.
The hauler that was hired was also easy to communicate with and immediately let us know when there was going to be a delay on the pickup. Our truck was picked up promptly early Tuesday morning in NC without a problem and was given a call from the hauler on Wednesday to let me know the Truck would be arriving within a 2 hr window on Thursday in CO.
We he hauler’s scheduler texted me an hour before arrival and then again to let us know when he was outside. The driver was pleasant and extremely careful with the truck during the unloading.
Our overall experience with Ship a Car Direct and the hauler they chose was trouble free and care free. We would definitely use them again.
