We had a great experience using Ship A Car Direct. They we knowledgable and friendly. They answered all of my questions and then followed up with me numerous times to make sure we had all of the information we needed. The driver showed up when scheduled to pick up the car and delivered the car earlier than expected. Everything was done without issue. We also received numerous emails with contact information should we encounter any problems along the way. If felt like no stone was left unturned to make sure our experience was the best possible experience. Having never shipped a car before I was amazed at how confident I felt using this company from the very beginning and they did not disappoint. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone need to transport a vehicle.
