This was our first time shipping a car, so to say we were nervous to transport it from Atlanta to Seattle was an understatement. To put something of such value into someone's else hands and wave it goodbye in hopes that the car arrives ok is nerve-racking! However, from the first quote to the delivery, I have to say the customer service we received was top notch! There was no pressure to schedule or book, as I had some dates to figure out,. David kept us in the loop all the way, answering any questions in a timely fashion. Ivan our driver was great about notifying us ahead of time for pick up and delivery. Our delivery date was at the latest the 19th and it was delivered on the 15th! I was also glad that I could arrange payment by credit card vs having a check at delivery. All in all I would definitely use Ship A Car again!! Great customer service and no pressure!!!
