I was very nervous about shipping my car from CA to MA. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very quick to respond every time. They were very honest and forthcoming. There were times when they could have made false promises to appease me and get my business but they didn’t- they were forthcoming every time even when they knewI wouldn’t like the answer. The car was picked up and delivered as promised. The driver was very timely when he contacted us to plan the delivery. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
