There are so many horror stories on-line about brokers and auto transporters which made me second guess my decision to ship “my baby” at all. After a month of talking with different companies, reading reviews and getting multiple quotes, I contacted John at Ship a Car Direct. I was not disappointed. I accepted Ship a Car Direct’s quote late on 6/4/21. M&A Auto Shipping was assigned instantly with an estimated pick up in Florida on Monday, 6/7/21 and delivery to Massachusetts by Friday, 6/11/21. Pick up did occur as estimated on 6/7 in the afternoon. During that week, John and M&A Auto Shipping were available to take calls from me. The driver, Alex, of M&A called the day before and the morning of 6/11 to confirm the location and time of delivery. Releasing custody of my car to an unknown environment could have been stressful if not for John and Alex. I couldn’t be happier with Ship a Car Direct’s system and their network of vetted transporters that assigned “my baby” to the conscientious team from M&A Auto Shipping. I was impressed from my first contact with John to the delivery of my car by Alex. Be assured that I will tell my other Florida lucky-birds of my positive experience.
