I was moving out of state and a different car shipping company that I was working with fell through. I was devastated. A quick Google search and I found Ship-a-Car-Direct. From the get-go, they were quick, communicative, and effective. I spoke with John initially and I thought I was just speaking to another salesperson. I was SO SURPRISED. He was great, He immediately started giving me the ins and outs of everything, and explained why the previous company may have failed. He assured me he would get this taken care of. He followed up by email, direct call, and let me know that we would have everything moving. I was doubtful having been let down by a previous company. THEY DELIVERED. I was called, an appointment was scheduled, and the contact info for the carrier was provided IMMEDIATELY! Swift process. Delivered the car in 3 days, very kind and careful driver. I was particular worried as I was having my Tesla shipped. Not a single scratch on the car. Excellent service. I don't know when I'll be using a company to ship my car again, but I will definitely be using Ship-A-Car direct again. If you are reading this, TRUST ME. This company will not fail you, they know how to do business.
