Thank you for taking the time to speak with us over the phone so we could make things right for you. Yes, John was out on the day that you called in, but we are glad that Jennifer was able to immediately help you with your issue. We have many other reps that are available to help if your specific sales rep is not available. Price increases may happen, as we prepare all of our customers in advance for this, especially when they are not flexible and have time constraints like you did. On your order you only had three days in which it could be picked up, so we needed to do something extra to get it moved with a carrier. We are glad that everything went smoothly once it was on a carrier and we hope that next time you give us a try we meet your expectations. Thanks again.
