Process was pretty smooth. Got a quote and then it was firmed up once I had actual dates. Paid my deposit and then my pick up was scheduled. I have a fairly tight timeline for the pickup, but not the delivery. SACD was able to meet my pickup timeline, although the shipper came the day after quoted. I was pleasantly surprised when the transporter called 6 days later to tell me the car was here and where to meet. Ship a Car Direct was excellent at explaining and communication. Thanks to them and Gabe for a great delivery
