First time shipping a car. Process was easy and straightforward, and car arrived without any scratches or bumps. The first driver I was matched with got COVID, so the shipment was delayed by about a week, but I thought that was totally understandable. I was matched with another driver within 4-5 days. I wish that it could have been a little faster in finding the second driver, but I don't think there was anything that Ship a Car Direct could have done to speed up the process. Would definitely use them again.
