After spending over 2 weeks reviewing transport companies (with Bbb and transport review sites) we made a decision to use Cars direct. We looked at their videos, called Scott with brief questions before finalizing our decision. I was told upfront that as it was right after Christmas it may be over 5 days before it would be picked up. As I wasn’t in hurry I agreed. However I received a phone call sooner to say there was someone available if I was agreeable. . Yes, if you guarantee me that’s it’s a reliable company!. Chris who delivered my vehicle called me a day before delivery to give me an idea when he would be arriving , at which exit, how long it would take to my home etc. Next day I received the phone call with estimated time of arrival within 30 mins. As sometimes happens they was delay at exit. I received another phone call to let me know and another when road was clear.. Chris, the driver when he arrived wore a mask and was polite and efficient, not just delivering our car but driving it on our driveway. He also went over the inspection report in detail with us also. I can only say this is a company, I or my family will use again. Highly recommended. D. & A Buonanno.
