Excellent from start to finish! Cost of shipping the vehicle was right in the middle of my estimates that I received. Christina stayed in contact with me via emails. The app for documenting your condition of the vehicle was excellent. The back up damage department also contacted us making sure we knew if any damage happened they would be there to assist. Pick up went perfect! Driver was respectful and courteous. This was a brand new 2021 VW Tiguan that was shipped from Florida to New Jersey. Delivery was flawless. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct. The team worked to make sure I was happy and satisfied.
