Wade was fantastic from beginning to end. My vehicle was picked up the next day we partnered and the driver was very friendly, and kept me updted via text messages and/or phone calls of the status of the delivery. It was delivered on time, even at an earlier time. When the driver arrived, I texted him to let him know that I could not come outside to receive the vehicle but he was very patient and waited outside for more than 30 minutes and did not complain about anything. I was unable to come out because I was on a business video meeting that took longer than expected. Emails from Ship a Car Direct were sent to me throughout the process to ensure that everything was going as planned. Overall very satisfied from begining to end. Very much recommended!
