I had to ship mine during the holidays and had a specific date for drop off. The pick up was a few days late because the truck had broken down on the way. I was afraid that the delivery might be delayed since I was moving to another area after my "delivery date range." I called and they were being very flexible with my rogid schedule and offered to change my delivery address. Fortunately, the car arrived a day sooner than anticipated and I did not have to change anything. Will be shipping another car with them this month.
