We purchased a vehicle in Texas over the internet and needed it shipped to Nevada. We received many bids from brokers that ranged from $575 - $1,600 all for the same service. I spoke to many brokers and many seemed like someone being paid to take the order. They were not informed and provided many vague answers. Not the case with Ship a Car Direct. I spoke to a representative on the phone as well as receiving many professional emails. They explained that they only use pre-qualified drivers. They take their fee but also pay the drivers well. We paid $900 to ship which was not the low end of the scale but not the over the top prices. Ship a Car Direct provided the ability to approve the price before booking the driver, where the low ball companies give you a quote but then change the price. Ship a Car Direct follows up with the customer as well as having people who handle damage in case things go wrong. The contract was to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday, they arrived on time.. They contacted the dealer before hand, didn't just show up unannounced. Delivery was schedule for Saturday and they arrived on Friday evening. The driver called me two hours before arrival. He then called me again when he arrived and had unloaded our vehicle. Just like you read in the other reviews about Ship a Car Direct is a first rate company that you can trust. I know if others ask me I'll be sure to recommend them. Don't go with the lowest price because you don't know what you will get. Go with a trusted broker like Ship a Car Direct.
