Ship A Car Direct was awesome. I asked for a quote to ship a car from Hamilton, Ohio to Portland, Oregon. After receiving the quote, I told them I would not be ready to ship for about 2 weeks. When I was ready, I called Jennifer with a couple of questions. The questions were answered, and the booking process was easy. Jennifer secured a transport company, West Express, within 24 hours. West Express contacted me promptly to set up a pickup time. Alex, the driver from West Express, was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly when picking up my vehicle. The estimated delivery to Portland, Oregon was scheduled to take one week. Delivery was actually made 1-1/2 days early! Everything about this process was a great experience! Prompt, courteous service from both Ship a Car Direct and West Express, combined with a reasonable price, made this experience very easy and pleasant!
