Ship a Car Direct provided quite good delivery experience overall. I was researching different providers for shipping my car from San Francisco to Austin and Ship a Car Direct was one of the best in terms of metrics I was optimizing for - cost / yelp reviews / google reviews / consumer affairs / BBB ratings. I also liked that they provided an app which helps to make before / after photos of the car quite conveniently. The driver Alexey I worked with was great as well - he was punctual and responsive and communication with him was always great.
