Shipacardirect was accessible and streamlined with prompt communication but they are the broker and not the transport company and were unable to get me a good number for the driver so I was in the dark while the truck was crossing the country and I only heard from the driver the night before delivery. If they are using a particular group of companies, they should have up to date info. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
