I was a total novice when it came to shipping a car. I had to ship across the country. Ship A Car Direct was very responsive and helpful. The FAQ and videos were spot on. The only thing I would say is that I had only a 2 hour warning before the company that ended up shipping my car came to pick it up, and that caused a bit of a problem as they were a day "early." In any event, it worked out; my car arrived without issue and in great condition. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone needing to ship a car (and I already have to a family friend). Did I mention it was by far the most affordable option I found after searching for a week?
