Promptly scheduled a pickup time with the hauler and the hauler was easy to work with and arrived near the time he said he would. Reps from Ship a Car Direct kept in contact during the shipping to see if I had any questions or concerns and followed up after the car was shipped to make sure any problems were resolved. Very good experience.
