Ship a car direct provided great communication. My car was picked up, transported and delivered in good shape. But I asked for delivery M-F 9a-7p. I placed it in the instructions on the ship a car site, I called and confirmed it would not be a problem, once the carrier (Ideal Express Car Carrier) was assigned I confirmed delivery time with their dispatcher and confirmed with the driver when the car was picked up. But the car was delivered at 10am on Sunday morning. I just wish they would have told me that it would not be delivered as promised.
