I was very impressed with the level of communication shown by both ship-a-car direct and the carrier that I was paired with. They called me the day before pickup to confirm the time and location, and the driver was right on time. I had to meet the driver near a grocery store for both pick-up and delivery, which was understandable because my streets were inaccessible. The driver, on pickup and delivery, texted me a screenshot of his blue dot on Google maps so that I knew exactly where to find him. That made the process very smooth! He even delivered a day earlier than projected. A+ service! Car was in great shape, just a little dusty from the trip.
