First time in 30+ years shipping a car, so a very different experience. Being able to make arrangements on-line certainly made the experience much easier for me. The gentleman who picked up the car was very friendly and courteous. The car arrived at my daughter's house in the same condition it left, so very please with that. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they had not located a carrier by my requested date, and when they did identify one, I only had a couple hours notice (luckily, car was ready to go and I was working from home)
