The company website to schedule an appointment was quick and easy. The driver called 1/2 before picking up the car a day early. In my case that was okay because the car was ready. Dropping off the car was a different story. The driver called after 9 o’clock at night stating he was dropping off the car at 7 o’clock in the morning and needed $1100 cash. No one told us in advance they required cash. No bank was open and ATMs do not allow withdrawals that amount. He implied he would hold the car hostage. Better communication could’ve made this transaction better.
