Had no trouble getting in touch with the team and arranging pickup for my car. I'm not in the US at the moment so I was concerned it would be an issue, but it was no trouble working with Scott. Knocking one star since communication with the driver wasn't as smooth. He was pushy about pick up times and locations. When he dropped the car off the person I had arranged to pick it up for me says he was driving it in loops around a parking lot rather than simply setting it down and waiting for her - not a professional way to go about it.
