While there was not much that Ship A Car Direct could do about the mass amount of cars being shipped and the limited amount of transporting space, my advocate Jennifer was very helpful and contacted me as soon as an opening became available. She was on top of her game and made sure my vehicle was transported with a reputable transportation company. I really appreciated her attentiveness and dedication in helping me move my car across the country.
