Due to high volume, I had a bit of a delay from my expected pick up window. Ship a car direct was good about being in contact with me and still making the shipment work. As reported from my friend who handed off the keys, and a family member who accepted my delivered car, the experience was good. The driver was very friendly. Customer service with ship a car direct was excellent. I will ship with them again in the future. I'm glad I had friends and family available to assist with the delays related to high volumes at the time that I needed my car moved.
