I hired Ship a Car Direct to transport a new car I had purchased in Florida to Arizona. The price they quoted for an enclosed transporter was fair. Their website won me over as it explained exactly how everything would work plus provided a damage guarantee. It really made it seem like they were more together than other places. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my car arrived to me after being picked up from the dealer. There was no damage, and the driver was polite. I ultimately paid a small amount more than the original online quote as the first transporter to bid on my car through Ship a Car Direct wanted a bit more, but I happily agreed to this increase because the overall price was still considerably less than other companies and I understood that original online quotes can sometimes vary a bit once the actual transporter gets involved. I would use this service again.
