From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ship-a-Car-Direct and their staff. One of the reasons that I went with them, as opposed to other companies, was because after submitting an application, I was given a direct number to contact a real person. I was in a hurry to book the shipping, and I was able to reach out to someone immediately. They were very good about keeping me updated throughout the entire process. If I had a find something to gripe about, it would be about the actual carrier itself (i.e., the driver). When I delivered my car to him, I spent 10 minutes explaining how my finicky car needed to be turned off a certain way to ensure that the battery didn't drain. In the end, he delivered my car to a friend's house at the final destination - I wasn't there to receive it - and he didn't do what I had explained. I arrived a month later to a dead car that needed to be jumped. Minor inconvenience, and not really Ship-a-Car-Direct's fault, which is why I think they still rate a 5-star review.
