I had my car shipped from Arizona to Illinois and had a great overall experience. It took well over a week to find someone willing to take the car, which may have been due to the COVID-19 situation. I was in no rush to have my car shipped, so this did not matter. My only complaint would be that once a driver was found, he called and wanted to pick up the car within the hour. Had I not had someone available to give him the keys right then and there, it may have been a problem. Perhaps the driver would have been willing to wait a few hours to get the car from me had I been unable to deliver the keys to him at his specified time...who knows? The car was delivered two days later (on the date the driver said it would be delivered). There was absolutely no damage and the driver was very professional. He kept me updated on his arrival time throughout the trip. I would absolutely use this service again. My only recommendation is for people to be ready at a moment's notice to have their car picked up since it happened very quickly with me.
