I was apprehensive when deciding to ship a car, but Ship a Car Direct made it easy from start to finish. Their website was highly informative. Their staff was professional, courteous and not overbearing like some other companies I looked into. They were upfront about pricing and once I ordered, they arranged all the details perfectly, including arranging a specific drop off time window and pre-payment by credit card due to a special circumstance with shipping our car. Renee was perfect and walked us through everything easily. We had such a great experience that we are thinking about shipping our other car with them and flying to our new location rather than spending 3 days traveling cross-country with small children.
