My husband and I were moving across the country, from Michigan to California. It was a really expensive move. We were able to get a price lower than market value with Ship a car direct. David, is the representative that I worked with, He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The driver was very friendly. Our Cars arrived early and were held in a parking lot until the delivery date. The driver was very flexible as he allowed up to pick our cars up directly from the parking lot a day before he was to deliver it to my address. My only compliant: I wish that the process of finding a driver had been explained a little better. Being that said we were trying to find the best deal we shopped around and made reservations with different companies, it wasn't until later that I was made aware that having multiple reservations could potentially drive up prices and start a bidding war. Overall it was a great experience! I would definitely use this company again.
