I had no prior experience in shipping cars, so I felt like I was putting myself out on a limb. Ship a Car Direct was very transparent throughout the entire process, and my broker was very responsive (and quick!) to my questions. There was a slight change of plans, but he reached out to me beforehand to make sure I was okay with the changes before he approved them. I appreciated that they had an app where I could submit photos before and after delivery, it was easy to use and generated a report directly to the company as well as my email. It was an excellent service overall.
