Communication was thorough, helpful, and immediate. All questions were answered and care and concern were demonstrated on every level. Matt from Ship a Car Direct was easy to contact and super helpful. We were assigned to ANR Brothers, Inc. and our driver was Jose. He was absolutely the easiest and kindest person to work with and super helpful. He answered every question, was incredibly considerate, thoughtful and kind and went above and beyond. I would absolutely work with him and Ship a Car Direct again. I was very nervous about this process, and I could not have had a better experience! Huge thank you to Jose and Matt!
