I bought a car from a dealer because I could buy it for a lot less several hundred miles away than buying it locally. The shipping process had a couple hiccups with the carrier not communicating well at the beginning (not the broker's fault). I worked with John at Ship a Car Direct and he was on it. He made sure that the process happened the way it should have. Great to work with and will use them again! If there are any hiccups, I trust they can help smooth out the process to bring it back to how it should happen.
